Co-founder and Executive Director
Dr. Christina Cromley Bruner has spent her career working to make government better for everyone. As a leader across government, academia, and the nonprofit sector, Christina has built bridges—between institutions, across ideologies, and with communities—to understand problems, identify solutions, and ensure government accountability and transparency. At For 250 More, she brings this cross-sector insight to reimagine civic engagement and strengthen the systems that hold government to its promises. Learn more.
Kate Green
Board member
Kate Green is the executive director of We the Builders, an organization that shares technical information about what's happening in the federal government. We the Builders is part of a wide coalition of new organizations that were formed to meet this moment, including For 250 More. Kate is a leader, a software engineer, a communicator, and a strategist.
During her time at the US Digital Service, she used her software engineering background to help Americans access services like disaster relief, Medicaid, SNAP, and filing taxes. She contributed to guidance for service delivery and project execution for all of federal government. She is an expert in software testing and front end development and her passion is to create platforms and services that enable government to serve its people.
In service of For 250 More, Kate applies her service delivery and engineering expertise to envision ways to preserve and rebuild government services better than they were before.
Kirsten "Kiki" Spainhower
Advisor
Kiki Spainhower is the founder of Feystov, LLC, where she helps clients build strategic funding partnerships .
Her work is grounded in nearly 30 years of experience at USAID and the World Bank, where she supported global initiatives in agriculture, regenerative farming, watershed management, nature-based solutions, and community forestry.
During her tenure at the World Bank, Kiki played a pivotal role in shaping funding decisions and operational strategies across a $24 billion portfolio spanning 80 countries—combining technical expertise and strategic insight to advance environmental and social goals.
At For 250 More, Kiki brings her global perspective and understanding of development finance to help prioritize initiatives and catalyze partnerships that promote a long-term impact.
Rainee Luciano

With a distinguished career as a Judge Advocate General and Commander in the U.S. Navy, followed by civil service as an ethics attorney and legal advisor, Rainee brings deep legal expertise and a public service ethos to For 250 More. With a natural spark and talent for getting things done, she is an ideal leader to turn ideas into action—for the next 250 years of, by, and for the people. Learn more.
Rich Wallace
Advisor
Rich Wallace brings decades of leadership and innovation in environmental policy, education, and publishing. He recently retired as Director of Publishing at the Ecological Society of America, where he oversaw a portfolio of internationally-renowned journals in ecology and environmental science.
Previously, Rich served as professor and founding chair of the Department of Environmental Studies at Ursinus College, where over 2 decades he established and collaboratively developed community-based programs in land stewardship, sustainability, food studies, and marine science—bridging academic inquiry with real-world impact.
Earlier in his career, Rich taught at Eckerd College and spent a decade working in government and nonprofit organizations, advancing environmental policy and conservation efforts.

Jenny Banner Rone
Board Member, Secretary
Jenny Banner Rone is a retired member of the Federal Senior Executive Service. She brings to For 250 More a sustained passion for improving Federal government operations and transparency through a whole of government approach using data analytics, strategic financial management, and innovative oversight. Her strategic foresight and executive leadership skills over nearly 4 decades have led to lasting change in government-wide operations. Learn more.
Stephen Trapp
Advisor
Dr. Stephen Trapp is committed to advancing mental health and well-being. Most recently, he served with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a psychological scientist and clinician.
With over 40 peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Trapp’s research spans critical topics including trauma-related distress during COVID-19, male coping mechanisms, and measuring well-being in military populations.
He previously served as Director of Neurorehabilitation and a Neurorehabilitation Psychologist at the Metrodora Institute, a pioneering medical center dedicated to treating and curing complex conditions through interdisciplinary collaborations between scientists and clinicians.
Dr. Trapp brings a blend of scientific rigor and clinical insight to For 250 More, helping shape strategies that support resilience, recovery, and human flourishing.
