Kristen "Kiki" Spainhower
Advisor
Kiki Spainhower is the founder of Feystov, LLC, which guides clients in forming funding partnerships with funding organizations. She builds on almost three decades of experience at USAID and the World Bank, where she assisted clients in reaching development goals through agriculture, organic and regenerative farming, watershed management, nature- based solutions, and community forestry. While at the World Bank, she influenced funding decisions and operational strategies in a $24 billion project portfolio across 80 countries.

Rich Wallace
Advisor
Rich Wallace is recently retired from a long environmental career. Most recently, he was director of publishing at the Ecological Society of America, where he oversaw a portfolio of internationally-renowned journals in ecology and environmental science and practice. Previously, Rich was professor and founding chair of the Department of Environmental Studies at Ursinus College, where over 2 decades he established and collaboratively developed community-based programs in land stewardship, sustainability, food studies, and marine science. Prior to Ursinus, Rich taught at Eckerd College, following 10 years in the government and nonprofit sectors.
