We list below the status of OIG websites and include ways to contact them.
Note: Funding for CIGIE, which houses many OIG websites, was restored through January. We are maintaining this page until funding for CIGIE is permanently restored, and we will update the information below shortly once we confirm the websites noted as offline are back up.
Please contact us if you have information on an OIG that is not listed below. We are prioritizing, for now, those without a functioning website.

The DOJ OIG’s website has been hosted under a shared services agreement between DOJ OIG and the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE). CIGIE is not currently funded for Fiscal Year 2026 and is therefore unable to provide website service support. For that reason, the full DOJ OIG website is not currently accessible. This website is a temporary solution that will allow us to restore our whistleblower hotline capability and to post a limited number of our most recent reports, among other things."
