We are translating insight into action through three inaugural initiatives 

Integrating 
Summit 250

Date: November 14, 2025

Partners: Society of Policy Scientists

 

This is a working summit to explore real solutions—and publish a post-event report with key takeaways and next steps. We will convene former federal employees, academics, civic innovators, and students to tackle a central question: how can government collaborate with the civic sector to solve persistent problems and safeguard independent oversight?

We aim to integrate information, insights, and action. We want to document and activate existing knowledge and insights. Initiatives include: 

 

  • For 250 More Substack, with articles written by the founders of For 250 More and guest writers

  • Consolidating on our website information gathered and developed by others that provide resources for Federal employees, data, and trackers

  • Developing new resources such as an AI prompt guide for Inspector General recommendation searches (under development)

  • Partnering with like-minded organizations to promote a transparent, effective, trustworthy government. ​

Voices of Experience

Finally, to preserve lived expertise—like a seed bank of public knowledge—we will interview current and former federal employees. These interviews will:

 

  • Connect the work of federal employees to the communities they live in and to the American public

  • Document reforms that worked

  • Capture lessons lost to retirement, resignations, and restructuring

  • Inspire future leaders by discussing what’s possible

  • Educate the public about the danger of unraveling the threads that strengthen us as a nation—the public servants that deliver public good and services every day. 

 

This growing archive will be shared through collaborative partnerships that invite new voices into reform conversations.
